1/2 tsp Adapt Elixir Powder
1 tsp Chai Base Powder
1/2 tsp Reishi Powder
1 banana
350 ml almond mylk
1 tsp chia seeds
2 medjool dates (optional)

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Sip in harmony, ease and fluidity.
