Join us for an evening of ambient sounds, gentle movement, breath, meditation and reiki healing.
We recommend to wear loose comfy clothing. Bring something warm so you are as comfortable as possible.
Mats bolsters and blankets will be provided and set up for you on your arrival.
You will be greeted and welcomed into the beautiful yoga room at Yoga Southwest. Settle into your mat as gentle ambient music plays to calm your senses.
We will start the session with a brief introduction, breathing techniques and gentle movement.
Then you will lay down comfortably on your mat and be guided through a meditation by our lovely yoga and meditation instructor Jaya.
Whilst you are in deep relaxation listening to Jaya’s guided meditation our reiki therapist Jodie will place her hands on reiki points of the body and deliver healing reiki energy.
We will finish the evening with a herbal tea and an opportunity for you to connect and meet new people.
