Unwind and disconnect for 45 minutes in our private clearlight sauna. We provide a complimentary bath towel for the sauna bench and one bath mat for the sauna floor, cold filtered water, private shower facilities and in-sauna entertainment (Spotify, Netflix, Gaia, Youtube/Internet).

We kindly ask that you bring your own towel for the shower facilities. We recommend wearing your swimmers and loose clothing to put on afterwards as you will still sweat for up to 20 minutes post-sauna.

Requiring only 3 minutes of immersion, post-Infrared Sauna (45 minutes), you will experience the many benefits of Contrast Therapy. Contrast Therapy is an effective way to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery and elevate your mood. The contrast helps to improve overall recovery and reduce risk of injury.

Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge

Begin your 45 minute Infrared Sauna session, then rinse off in the shower before walking out to the courtyard to finish with a plunge.

Depending on the individual and their goals, it is typically recommended to participate in cold plunge therapy 2-3 times a week for 3-5 minutes per session.

Please note: Showering before the cold plunge is compulsory (after sauna session). Guests must wear swimmers. The cold plunge is situated in our outside courtyard, we do our best to make it as private as possible however people can see in. The cold plunge does not have a time extension to your session, please be mindful and bring your belongings outside with you so our team can turnover the room for the next booking. The bath is sanitised and cleaned daily.
